Original Mixed Media Collage - "Hidden Nature is Secret God" - Original Signed Art - Nature - Deer - Forest

This piece started out not knowing where it wanted to go but as it came together, the idea of shy secrets took form, cemented in this quote by Sri Aurobindo, a prominent Indian philosopher, guru, and activist from India: "Hidden nature is secret God."

My question is, was he referring to the natural world as this piece depicts, or was he speaking of human nature. I'd like to think both.
