These gorgeous ice/hay tongs has been in my family since I was a child. My mother loves antique tools and this hung on our wall near my great grandmother's rug beater. My parents are finally downsizing and it's time to find some of their treasures a new home. This is an especially large set of iron tongs - used for large ice blocks like the type that once cooled "refrigerators" (hence the term "ice box").
