A set of 10 (out of the original 24) cookbooklets from the Culinary Arts Institute "The Encyclopedia of Cooking" series published in the 1950s.
These "cookbooklets" were really popular in the 1950s and '60s. Short, themed culinary inspirations, here are 10 from the Culinary Arts Institute edited by the iconic Ruth Berlozheimer. Each cookbooklet is filled hundreds of themed recipes and black and white photography.
