A set of six, absolutely gorgeous 1930s, classic fairy tale books by the Platt & Munk. 

This set includes:

The Gingerbread Boy #3100D, 1932

The Tale of Peter Rabbit #3100G, 1932

Three Little Pigs #3100H, 1932

Peter Pan #3000E, 1934

The Three Bears #3000G, 1934

The set was found in an original gift box featuring four stories on the front. Only two of the original books were inside, along with four other story books. And the good news is the box has kept them in pristine condition for more than 80 years!

These classic fairy tales are brought to life with extraordinary children's art, representative of art nouveau trend of hte time. Each book is full of full-color and black and white images.

A wonderful addition to any antique library, children's collection, or for art lovers.
