We were at an estate sale filled with glass and porcelain - lots of pink florals and delicate looking pieces, and tucked in a corner was this delightful Mexican Tonala ceramic figurine. So, we grabbed the bird and a couple of trivets and skipped the china and glass! (Ok, we grabbed one milk glass bowl too, but who's counting?)

This is a gorgeous piece of Mexican folk art. Beautifully hand painted and sleek and eye catching in its design. Perfect for all who love folk art and bird lovers alike.
