RARE! This complete, 12-Volume set is straight out of the 1950s homemakers' era. The Encyclopedia of Cooking is all things Mid-Century American cooking. It was produced by the Homemaker's Research Institute, and sponsored by Mary Margaret McBride, a homemaker's radio celebrity of the time (think Martha Stewart).

An amazing find for anyone interested in Mid-Century life, the history of cooking, or home cooks, new or experienced.
