This 1963 soup-to-nuts cookbook from Good Housekeeping was edited by Dorothy B. Marsh, the Director of Foods and Cookery for the Good Housekeeping Institute. With everything the beginner cook needs to know, Good Housekeeping has been (and still is) one of the premiere names in American homemaking since its launch in Holyoke, Massachusetts in 1885.
