The five-ring binder format and tabbed sections allow for easy reference in the kitchen. Filled with recipes for every meal and occasion including step-by-step instructions and full-color and black & white photography throughout. 

There was a tradition at the time to protect favorite books by wrapping them with contact paper. The previous owner chose a red and black check paper. Inside, the book shows many years of family meals.
