Pat Young established her studio in 1954 in Inverness, Florida, USA. Her artistic philosophy was centered around creating handmade original designs of fine ceramic gift ware, based on natural leaf patterns. Her business grew so fast that by 1974 her ceramic art was being sold in over 135 of the finest gift shops in America.

This is a gorgeous example of her work - a rare cobalt bowl with geranium leaf pattern along the edge.
