RARE Antique Art Deco Inkwell - Bronze or Brass Art Deco Styled Inkwell with Glass Ink Pot Insert | Made in USA
My dad has collected inkwells for decades. I grew up with glass, brass and silver inkwells all around. I'm always on the look out for interesting and beautiful inkwells. This Art Deco styled inkwell caught my eye at the estate sale of a collector. The styling is unique and the sleek form feels right out off of Gatsby's desk.
The metal is probably bronze (based on the weight) and has a lovely patina all over. The ink pot is a glass insert in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It is a beautiful piece in excellent condition.
