My dad has collected inkwells for decades. I grew up with glass, brass and silver inkwells all around. I'm always on the look out for interesting and beautiful inkwells.
This copper Art Deco styled inkwell caught my eye at the estate sale of a collector. Copper isn't a common metal for inkwells, so this really stood out.
The ink pot is a glass insert in good condition with one small chip along the rim. the copper is in beautiful condition with a nice vintage patina.
