We see lots of clocks during our estate sales hunts, and every now and then we see something unusual. This is one of those rare finds. It has the classic linens of a mantel clock but is forged of a pewter-like metal. It's quite heavy, 1.5 pounds. Unfortunately, it's missing the caps for the wind up stems and we weren't able to wind it using pliers. So this makes a good gift for the tinkerer or for someone who just wants the art decor decor touch (is time really all that important these days?).

Ideal for collectors, of course, or room decor in any vintage-inspired library, study, den, or bedroom.
