Their Finest Hour by Winston Churchill's | 1949 World War II History | First Edition | Nobel Prize Winner | Bixley Shop
Following the war, Prime Minister Winston Churchill created an extraordinary historical work, chronicling World War II in six volumes or nearly 5,000 pages, for which he won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1953. Their Finest Hour is the second in the series, published in 1949. This appears to be a first edition copy.
A wonderful find for any history buff.
